Cancellation: If you would like to cancel your bookings, please inform us at least 7 days before the scheduled time of delivery. Cancellations made within 7 days of delivery will incur a cancellation cost equal to 30 percent of the rental charge. After 7 days, 70 percent of the rental charge must be paid to complete the reservation. Cancellations made within 7 days or less would usually not be refundable; however, we reserve the right to make exceptions in the case of emergencies or, for example, unforeseen events.
Early Termination of Rental: Regarding the early termination of rental, any refunds for unused rental days cannot be guaranteed if you return the vehicle earlier than the agreed rental period. We will consider your case and will issue a partial refund based on circumstances, considering whether we are able to resell the vehicle.
Refundable and Non-Refundable Charges: Charges relating to certain services such as GPS rental, baby seats, or additional insurance packages are all nonrefundable after the rental period has already begun; however, the security deposit and fuel charges will be refunded in cases where no problems occurred during the rental period.
Refund Processing Time: Eligible cancellations or overcharges will be refunded in a period of 5-10 working days after the cancellation request is received. After that, the time for the refund to appear in your account will depend on your financial institution.
