As a company, we aim to ensure that the vehicle return process is as smooth as possible for our customers. Below are the procedures to guide you during the vehicle return to Friday Cars.

Return Location: The vehicle must be returned to the listed return location of Friday Cars specified at the time of booking. Should you wish to change the return location at any time, please let us know a minimum of 24 hours prior to your return, and we will do our best to accommodate your request. Non- standard locations may entail fees.

Return Timing and Late Fees: The vehicle should be returned before or on the specified date and time agreed upon. In the case of later returns than scheduled without previous arrangements, late fees may apply. Such late return fees will be charged at the same daily hire rate, plus additional costs incurred as a consequence.

Condition of the Vehicle: The vehicle must be returned in a condition no worse than that in which it was handed over to the hirer-that is, free from any damage that goes beyond mere wear and tear. An inspection will be conducted by our staff upon return, and the client will be liable for any damages, excessive dirt on the vehicle, or for any missing items, including tools, spare tires, or any accessory.

Fuel Policy: As the vehicle is handed to you on lease, you are to return the vehicle with exactly the same level of fuel supplied to you. If at the time of return you have less fuel than was provided, you may be charged for the missing fuel at market rates, plus a refueling service charge.

Extended Rentals: Should you wish to extend your rental, you will be charged a pro-rata rate on a per- day basis.
